The fan jokingly announced that she would start her studies the next day if Gill would bless her reel with a comment.
Shubman Gill, an Indian batter, won over the hearts of his followers on Instagram with his humorous and realistic reaction. A fan was pleasantly pleased by the youthful batting sensation’s latest post of a reel video, in which she playfully challenged Gill to leave a comment.
The admirer joked that she would start her studies the next day if Gill could make a comment on her reel.
“I will begin studying tomorrow if Shubman Gill comments on this reel, if that’s the case, then please share it with others.” she said.
“Shuru kar do padhna (Begin studying),” the young cricket player from India responded slyly. His unexpected and practical remark quickly gained worldwide traction on all social media platforms, striking a chord with admirers everywhere.
Gill was aware of his obvious issues: Chopra Aakash
In terms of his batting performance, Gill scored 91 runs in the second innings of the third Test match against England despite failing to reach the century in the first. Nevertheless, Aakash Chopra, a former cricket player for India, noted that the player must score runs in the first innings.
“Batteries in the first innings need to put on big performances, so Shubman Gill will receive some criticism.” Still, that doesn’t negate the significance of second-inning runs, as Chopra stated in his YouTube video.
“He is aware that he has obvious issues. He won’t give up, though, if he believes the odds are better against the opposition. He believed he could seize the opportunity since the surface had gotten slower and the bowlers weren’t as aggressive, he continued.
Notably, Gill is now the fourth-leading run scorer in the series with 252 runs scored in his first three Test matches.
